New York — Licensed real estate agent page turnerwho first caught the attention of real estate aficionados as the co-star of the HGTV hit Flip or Flop Nashville, come home California to help overwhelmed pinball machines in his new Fix My Flip series. First Thursday March 10at 9 p.m. ET/ PT, the six-episode series will follow Page – who has sold millions of real estate, owned a brokerage employing up to 40 agents and executed 110 successful flips – as she encounters struggling flippers to view properties mid-returns who are in dire financial straits, seemingly hopeless. Page taps into his deep expertise and invests his own money to help floundering pinball machines fix everything from bloated budgets and poorly managed schedules to uninspired upgrades and lackluster design. With her impressive track record, Page steps in to fix the flips so everyone can make big profits.

“I’ve been a real estate expert for two decades and I’ve seen the costly mistakes people make,” Page said. “I’m going to invest my time, money and expertise to show them how to do it right so they stop losing money.”

In the season opener, Page will come to the rescue of a mother/daughter turnaround team in Lake Arrowhead, California, who hope to succeed after making no profit in their first round. With only about six weeks to complete the project before winter drives buyers away, the duo need help fast. After a tour, Page knows the flip is headed for trouble. To maximize the layout of the tiny house, Page suggests undoing several completed upgrades, such as removing a newly constructed wall in the kitchen and moving the house’s new heating system. Once his vision for the cottage comes to life, the home will have the character and rhythm that is sure to attract buyers.

“I’m determined to help these fins succeed,” Page said. “When the house is done well, they will know what it takes to win from now on.”
