Makeup brand arrests Amber Heard in Johnny Depp case

Just when you thought the court battle between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard couldn’t get any weirder, makeup brand Milani entered the fray to fix the record.

The cosmetics brand was unexpectedly drawn into Depp’s defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife Heard, much to their horror.

Heard’s attorney claims the “Aquaman” actress carried Milani Conceal + Perfect All-in-One Correcting Kit with her throughout her “relationship with Johnny.”

She suggested she used the makeup to cover up injuries caused by Depp’s alleged physical abuse during their relationship.

However, Milani was quick to clarify that it couldn’t be their brand that Heard was using.

On Thursday, the makeup brand posted a 15-second video on its official TikTok account to set the record straight.

“You asked us…that the record show that our patch kit was launched in 2017!” they captioned the post.

In the background, a snippet of the Backyardigans song “International Super Spy” can be heard.

The clip cuts to Milani’s headquarters, where a young woman holds a catalog of the company’s products open to the page describing the makeup.

The camera then cuts to a slide that definitely points to the product’s release date as 2017, which means Heard certainly wasn’t using that particular palette during her relationship with Depp.

“We are here to provide the facts of the case,” the brand added in the comments.
